Named in honour of our grandmother and great grandmother Pearl Webster, our méthode traditionnelle Pinot Noir and Chardonnay blend sparkling is the true matriarch of the family.

Extended time on yeast lees has delivered luscious brioche notes that coat the palette beautifully.  Hazelnut nougat, a delicate bubble and fresh citrus. Pearl has excellent depth and complexity with subtle acidity and a dry finish.
